Naibu Spika wa Bunge la Uganda, Jacob Oulanyah amesema kuwa dereva aliyepakia Matofali katika gari la kubeba wagonjwa atashtakiwa.
Oulanyah kupitia ukurasa wake wa Twitter kuwa dereva huyo amevunja sheria za utumishi wa umma kwa kutumia vibaya gari hilo.
"I have ascertained that the incident in which a driver misused an ambulance by carrying bricks happened on Thursday last week. The driver breached the Public Service Standing Orders and abused the use of the District Vehicle, " aliandika.
"He has been indicted and will be punished accordingly."
